Robb Nelson

Partner, President


As President of Maple City Homes, Robb oversees the daily operations of the Company and uses his vast experience in Construction, Financing and Development to drive the Corporation. With 30+ years managing multiple companies in Chatham-Kent and throughout Southwestern Ontario, Robb is a strong community supporter and focuses efforts on bringing revenue to other local Businesses.


Gilles Michaud

Partner, Vice President


Gilles Michaud, a licensed and certified Journeyman with an Interprovincial License in Carpentry, established Michaud Construction in 1978. Over the years, the locally owned firm has become a respected builder of affordable, quality custom homes and recognized for building Healthy Housing, Energy Star® Homes and GreenHouse™ Certified homes. As Vice-President of Maple City Homes, Gilles offers his extensive skill set to our team and is an irreplaceable and integral part of the structure and production of our homes.


Trevor Mailloux

Partner, General Manager


With 40 years of experience behind the name, Trevor Mailloux of TMC Construction has earned a reputation as one of Chatham-Kent’s premier builders of executive homes. That’s why we’re proud to partner with TMC as we build new houses, in Chatham-Kent’s newest neighbourhoods. As the General Manager and Partner at Maple City Homes, Trevor is heavily involved in all aspects of the company and we are grateful for the insight and experience he brings to our business every day.


Kim O’Rourke Nelson

Partner, Operations


Handling Operations, Kim is an integral part of the structure of Maple City Homes. With over 20 years of experience in compliance, policies & procedures, administration and Management owning various Businesses, Kim keeps our company on track and complying with regulations. We are lucky to have her watchful eye overseeing the corporation.


Cristina Stefanescu

Controller/Accountant


Cristina is a CPA, CGA with 20+ years experience in various businesses. As our Controller, she is responsible for maintaining our accounting department, reporting, banking, trade contracts, safety and insurances. We are proud to have her on our team as we grow.

Stephanie Simmons

Operations Manager


As a local Entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience in various fields including Office Administration, Operations, Retail, Mortgage Financing and Interior Decorating, Stephanie is an asset to our team here at Maple City homes. As our Operations Manager, Stephanie oversees all Employees, communications, human resources and analyzes all departments to create operational efficiencies.

Tony Almeida

Sales Representative


Tony is a Veteran Business Owner, serving the local community for over 30 years. At Maple City Homes, Tony is your 1st point of contact and remains your go to person through the processes of purchasing and building of your home. We are proud to have Tony as a valued member of our team ensuring you receive great customer service and all of your needs are met.

Cole Herman

Site Foreman


Coming to us from TMC Construction, Cole has substantial experience in framing and has studied Carpentry. Cole is ambitious and has great Leadership qualities. As Foreman, Cole assists with the Supervision of our builds and we are happy to have him as a part of the Maple City Homes Team.

Patricia Peters

Sales Administrator


A familiar face throughout the vast geography of Chatham-Kent, Patricia brings a wealth of professional experiences to the MCH team. Project Management, Event Coordination, Tourism, Cultural and community development, to name a few. As our Sales Administrator, Patty works closely with our Sales Representative, our clients and our staff to support the myriad of detail and the critical timelines that take place quietly behind the scenes. Maple City Homes is happy to have Patty’s invaluable experience and positive persona grace our Company.

Joanna Salwicka

Office Assistant


Joanna comes to Maple City Homes with extensive experience in Accounts Payable and Inventory Control over the past 17+ years in the automotive industry. Her kind and quiet nature is a perfect match for greeting our clients and assisting with various office duties and accounting as our Office Assistant. Joanna values integrity, honesty and hard work and we are excited to have someone of her diligence, team oriented attitude and openness to new challenges as part of our team.

Adam Di Tommas

Project Manager


With 30+ years working in new home construction, Adam brings an enormous amount of knowledge and experience to his role as Project Manager with Maple City Homes. Having worked for various leading industry home builders and mass producers, we are excited to welcome Adam to our team. Taking pride in volunteering with social housing projects and actively participating in home builders’ associations, Adam shares a genuine interest in our community and is eager to help it grow.
